Outland Technology Inc. was established in Gretna, Louisiana in 1984 (29 years!!!). From inception, the company's goal has been to design and manufacture a broad range of high quality video and audio products using high volume components adapted for specific applications. In October 1996, Outland moved into a new 6000 sq. ft. building in Slidell, Louisiana. Since then, we have expanded that building to 13,500 sq. ft.. Outland's primary customers are in the Marine, Military and Industrial markets.

The Staff
Outland's design engineering staff are experienced in many disciplines. With a combined 60+ years in Electronics and Undersea work, they have developed video systems and video components that are second to none. Their use of computer-aided design of mechanical systems, electrical systems, printed circuit boards and pressure vessels assure that products meet the quality and design turn-around time required in these markets.

The Facility: 13,500 sq.ft. office/warehouse
Outland's manufacturing facility is central to the Gulf of Mexico region. From here, product shipments are made worldwide. Electrical and mechanical assembly, product testing and returned material repair are also handled from the same location.
